Our Philosophy

Where mindfulness meets partnership

We believe the foundation of a strong relationship is the same as the foundation of a mindful life: presence, compassion, and honest communication.

Our counselors combine evidence-based therapeutic techniques with contemplative practices — helping couples move beyond reactive patterns and into genuine understanding.

And because healing shouldn't be a luxury, our services are offered on a donation basis. You give what feels right.

"The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed."
— Carl Jung

How It Works

Four gentle steps
to beginning

No pressure. No commitment. Just a path forward when you're ready.

1

Reach Out

Fill out a brief intake form. Tell us a little about what you're experiencing — in whatever words feel right.

2

Get Matched

We pair you with a counselor whose approach, style, and personality fit your needs and comfort level.

3

Connect

Meet virtually or in-person — whatever helps you both feel most at ease. Your first session is simply about getting to know each other.

4

Grow Together

Build lasting tools for communication, resilience, and deeper connection. Move at your own pace, always.

Donation-Based Model

Give what feels right

We operate on a donation model because financial barriers shouldn't stand between couples and the support they need.

There is no minimum, no judgment — only gratitude. Your contributions sustain our counselors, fund training programs, and help us reach more couples.

Every couple receives the same quality of care regardless of what they contribute. Some give $20, some give $200, and some give nothing at all. All are equally welcome.

You choose what to pay based on your means and what the experience is worth to you. Some people give $20, some give $200, and some give nothing at all. All are equally welcome. There are no tiers — everyone receives the same quality of care.
Ideally, yes — couples counseling works best when both partners are engaged. However, if one partner isn't ready, we can start with individual sessions and transition to couples work when the time is right.
Both! We offer virtual sessions via video call and in-person sessions depending on your location and counselor availability. Many couples find a mix of both works well.
Not at all. While our approach is informed by mindfulness principles, no prior meditation experience is needed. Our counselors meet you exactly where you are and introduce practices gently, only when helpful.
There's no fixed duration. Some couples find clarity in a few sessions; others benefit from ongoing support over several months. You move at your own pace, and there's never pressure to continue or to stop.
